Chapter: 2723

Li Changpeng, who comes from a wealthy family, has just finished his thesis defense and traveled to South Korea, where he was received by idol trainee Sun Zhuangzhuang.

The two of them were good friends when they were young. Later, Sun Zhuangzhuang went abroad to do business with his parents and moved to South Korea.

Although they are thousands of miles apart, Sun Zhuangzhuang and Li Changpeng have never lost contact because of the Internet.

Li Changpeng, who stayed in China, followed the trajectory of a normal person, taking the college entrance examination and entering university, while Sun Zhuangzhuang was discovered by a talent scout by chance and entered the entertainment industry.

After practicing for two and a half years, Sun Zhuangzhuang got an opportunity to debut with an idol boy band, and specially invited Li Changpeng, who had successfully graduated from university, to celebrate.

“How about it? Korea is beautiful, right?”

“It’s very beautiful.”

“I asked you to come here a long time ago. Wouldn’t it be nice to open your eyes and see the world?”

Li Changpeng followed Sun Zhuangzhuang to his bachelor apartment. While resting, he listened to Sun Zhuangzhuang introducing him to Korea, takeaways, and talent shows. He also demonstrated the amazing service of ordering a miso soup and having it delivered to his door in 30 minutes.

The honest Li Changpeng swallowed after hearing this: “Have you… never returned to China in these years?”

“No, my parents are here, and all my relatives have come here over the years. There’s no point in going back.”

“oh oh……”

Sun Zhuangzhuang changed his clothes and put handsome earrings on his ears: “Have you found a job?”

Li Changpeng nodded: “I got an offer from Taobao.”

“Oh, I know, Taobao is your shopping website, right? I saw it on Twitter. The efficiency is so bad. It takes three days to send an express. Korean express delivery is basically delivered on the same day.”

“Yes, South Korea…is not even bigger than a Chinese province.”

Sun Zhuangzhuang frowned after hearing this: “But South Korea is number one in Asia.”

Li Changpeng pursed his lips: “No, South Korea is the best in the universe. The Dragon Boat Festival and Confucius belong to you.”

In May 2004, South Koreans applied to the United Nations to inscribe China’s Dragon Boat Festival as a World Heritage in the name of “Gangneung Dragon Boat Festival”.

At the end of November 2005, the United Nations officially approved South Korea’s application. This has always been something that Chinese people mention to greet their Korean ancestors.

In 2008, during the Olympic Games, South Korea held a ceremony to commemorate Confucius with great fanfare, and planned to apply for Confucius to be a World Heritage Site. Although it did not get what it wanted, the country’s attitude towards South Korea had long been clear.

Sun Zhuangzhuang intended to brag about South Korea, but when he realized that he was actually Chinese, he changed the topic instead of arguing with him.

“Are you hungry?”

Li Changpeng touched his belly: “A little bit.”
